Create backup images of the operating system and drivers in case of hard drive or system failure (includes necessary CD-R/DVD discs to produce the recovery image). Computer must have the ability to make a CD/DVD recovery set from within Windows.
System Reload on one PC. Must have Windows 7, Vista, Xp serial number or have paid for a new windows serial number. With this method no programs or bloatware will be installed on your computer. This is a clean install of windows with drivers and free anti-virus.

Original hourly price during office operations is $50.00/hr. A service fee does apply for after hour computer repair service calls and pickups. Our emergency service fee structure is as followed. A minimal service fee of $200.00 will be charged. The initial service fee will cover two (2) hours and each additional hour will be billed in one (1) hour increments at $80.00/hr. Time for after hours service calls is started from the time the tech starts to work and continues until the time the tech completes the job. The service fee is for labor only and does not include parts, materials or software.
Ex: Joe calls EcoGreen Techs for an after hours computer repair. The emergency computer repair technician leaves his home at 8:00 PM and lives 30 minutes from Joe’s business. The technician arrives at the business at 8:30AM and works on the computer issue until 11:30 PM. The total bill Joe is responsible for is $280.00 plus any replacement parts, materials or software that may have been needed.
How the cost is broken down: • Minimal Service fee: $200.00 covering the first 2 hrs beginning from the time the tech starts working on the issue. • Additional hours billed in 1 hour increments: $80.00 x 1 hr • Total price (minus parts, materials, or software): $280.00
